At JPMorgan, I’m part of the team helping shape a new commercial banking platform designed to support businesses across every stage of growth, from pre-revenue startups to small businesses and large enterprises. As a design lead on the program, I’ve been helping define the experience across some of the platform’s most foundational areas, including the main dashboard, account surfaces, statements and documents, and the broader design system.

What makes the work especially meaningful is its scale and interconnectedness. I’m collaborating closely with the platform team on the core dashboard, partnering with reports and analytics on account experiences and value-added services, contributing to the business card space, and working alongside the native mobile team to help create a more cohesive product ecosystem. Together, our team is helping set a new foundation for how clients engage with one of the world’s largest financial institutions, bringing greater clarity, consistency, and usability to a complex banking environment.
